Where do I find my downloads?
Your download links are shown after payment, sent by e-mail and always available in your account.
I did not receive an e-mail.
Please check your spam folder first. If the e-mail is not there, write to us with your order e-mail address and we will resend it.
Can I download my purchase again?
Yes – log in to your account to download your files again.

Which payment methods are available?

Are prices shown including VAT?
Yes. Prices for consumers include the statutory VAT; your receipt shows all details.
Withdrawal & refunds
Can I cancel my purchase?
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started with your consent. Full details are in our cancellation policy. If a product does not work as described, contact us – we will find a solution.
